As the result of the governmental system devastation and prolong conflict and crises in Somalia, the professional business associations was left out from the country by lacking of formal governmental systems and uncertainty of the recap and reconstructions from the conflicts, however, this scenario made a gap between the skilled professional forums and the local based institutions as the local associations, private institutions and developmental working organizations having challenge of professional capacity to design, effective implementations and to measure the success of the developmental project results as well the evaluation of the project performances indicators and outcomes, besides the international organizations working in the region needed to evaluate their developmental project interventions in the remote areas in the country and sometimes needed an external third party and evaluators to assess the success but are unable to accessing some locations, this capacity gap was caused a negative impact of the development projects objectives, future growth and programming interventions, for the above challenges and more, the Somali professional expertise teams have innovatively felt the importance to formulate a consulting firm that support this identified capacity gaps and will provide a consulting and technical support for the local associations, humanitarian organizations, private business groups and public sector institutions.

Our firm was established in 2012 and official registered in 2016 and the establishment of our consulting firm was a real demands from the need for various associations, organizations and business sectors and we have a commitment to deliver our business clients the ordinary business consulting services that will change their traditional business behavior to the newly innovative way for the dealing of business issues and to cause a sustainable achievement in terms of growth and development, the firm was established on 2012 but officially registered on 2016.

HVCD headquarter is Garowe, and we have liaison representatives in Mogadishu, Bosaso, Hargeisa, Boidabo and Kismayo and we are nearly willing to expand to Galkacyo and Jowhar towns; and we have a valid permit from relevant government authorities.
